[h5]Partner Investment Options[/h5]
The following are investment options that may be offered based on membership level. This provides our private partners the ability to customize their personal portfolio diversification strategy. Combined with our other membership u0026amp; program offering yield incentives, private partners have the opportunity to earn returns ranging from 5.0% to 15.25%. In some cases, we are able to design our program to achieve even higher returns, based on specific private partners investment profiles and investor status.
Equity Appreciation Share
A right granted to our private partner to receive a bonus equal to a percentage of the appreciation value in a given property over a specified period. Percentages may be based on membership levels and/or specific investment objectives.
Profit Participation
A right granted to our private partner to receive a bonus equal to a percentage in the appreciation value, monthly cash-flow, tax benefits and profits over a given property’s investment life-cycle. Percentages may be based membership levels and/or specific investment objectives.
Repurchase Option Agreement
A right granted to our private partner to receive a return of capital per terms of a pre-investment collateral repurchase agreement. This is not a statement of guarantee for yield returns, but an agreement that provides CEP the option to repurchase shares from private partner. This option is available for all membership levels.
[h5]Investment Time Horizon (Flex¹)[/h5]
¹ When combined with our collateral repurchase agreement, the Flex program provides ability to exit an investment earlier than initial commitment period. However, the early exit may result in lower overall returns if executed. Each time horizon category offers additional 50 basis points for longer commitments, in additional to the membership incentive basis point plan.
