We target undervalued multifamily apartments and senior housing development aimed at generating superior cash-on-cash returns for private partners via our proprietary Passive Alternative Asset Model (PAAM™). We focus on projects that have great “up-side” potential with multiple exit strategies; therefore, keeping capital preservation paramount.
A narrow-focused investment philosophy provides a secured alternative to traditional stocks, bonds and cash asset classes. Our diverse strategy offering affords us to work with both accredited and non-accredited investors with wide-ranging capital constraints. The definition of crowne provided the inspiration for the firm’s name. Crowne is defined as, “to invest with regal power and dignity; bring to a successful or triumphant conclusion.” An additional definition makes reference to highest point or summit, representing the investment value we create for our select private partner group, referred to as “Team Royal”.
